Rough Riders Women Make Hospital Appearance

Several members of the Long Island Rough Riders Women’s team visited the Child Life Program at Stony Brook Long Island Children’s Hospital on Tuesday, June 29, the day before the facility officially opened.


Teddy Visits Gribbin Elementary

Representatives from the Long Island Rough Riders, along with team mascot ‘Teddy’ visited Gribbin Elementary School (Glen Cove, NY).


Game Day Birthday Parties

Soccer-themed birthday parties are a fun and different way to celebrate your child’s special day. Why not have one during a Rough Riders game? All games will be played at Cy Donnelly Field located at St. Anthony’s High School in South Huntington, NY. 


Community Programs

The Rough Riders Men’s Team is one of the oldest soccer franchises in North America and the only soccer franchise on Long Island.

Currently the Rough Riders Men’s Team play in the PDL of the United Soccer Leagues (USL), and the Women’s Team participates in the W-League


Kidz Club

The Long Island Rough Riders Kidz Club is a great way for fans 14 and under to show their Rough Riders pride.  With great member benefits like a special Kidz Club T-shirt, discounts at the Team Store and invitations to exclusive club events, there’s no doubt your child will want to be a part of the Rough Riders Kidz Club!


Player Appearances

Members of the Rough Riders men and women’s team are available throughout the year to make appearances at schools, conventions, and local charity events.

In the past, Rough Riders players have appeared at the Long Island Junior Soccer League convention, Garden City Read-a-Loud, Glen Cove PARP reading program, Little Louie 5K walk/run, among others.



Teddy Appearances

The symbol of the Rough Riders franchise, ’Teddy’  is the official mascot and is at every men’s and women’s home game. ’Teddy’ is also able to visit your local school, make an appearance at a birthday party, or attend your charity event.
