3 teams qualify for North American Finals

Congratulations to three of our Junior Rough Riders teams that have qualified for the North American Finals at the world class IMG academy in Bradenton, Florida.

The best regular season performers in the Super Y League will be scouted by college coaches as well as the Super Y League scouting staff. In addition to that they will compete to be crowned champion whilst the players involved will also have the chance to .

The three Junior Rough Rider teams that have qualified are:

  • Under 12 Boys 
  • Under 13 Girls 
  • Under 14 Girls 

During the past three months of competitions many of the Under 14 players have consistently delivered impressive contributions to help guide their team to a place at the North American Finals. Below is a list of the players who have impressed so far:

  • Caitlin Kennedy (U14 Girls) – Scored 6 goals whilst also providing 3 assists in the North Atlantic Division.
  • Brianna Jablonowski and Devon Olive (U13 Girls) – Both girls scored 4 goals each to ensure the Rough Riders earned the top spot in the North Atlantic Division
  • Ryan Foley (U12 Boys) – Was drawn into the SYL & UTC National Pool because of his outstanding performance at the inaugural Super Y League Regional Scouting Series in Trenton, New Jersey on August 14-16.
