Rough Riders to take on New Jersey Wildcats

The Rough Riders women go on the road to take on the New Jersey Wildcats this Saturday, June 6th. The game will be held on the campus of Saint John Vianney High School at 3.30 PM.

The Rough Riders women are currently 2nd in the W-League Northeastern Conference with 6 points after two consecutive victories in their first two matches. New Jersey, the 2005 W-League Champions are currently in fourth place, also with 6 points, but having played 5 games.

Having started the season strong, the Rough Riders women are looking for their 3rd consecutive victory.

“We are looking forward to playing our first game on the road,” said Flavio Ferri, Rough Riders General Manager.  “We have a young team and are anxious to see how we perform away from home.  If we get a positive result, we will keep ourselves near the top of the table.”

The Rough Riders women return home to CY Donnelly Stadium on June 13th when they take on Laval.
