The Long Island Rough Riders are pleased to announce our participation in the Winthrop University Hospital Children’s Medical Center 15th anniversary Swim-A-Thon. The event will take place on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the Hofstra University Swim Center and all proceeds will benefit the Child Life Program at the hospital. As a proud member of the Long Island community, the Rough Riders organization will be on hand from 7 AM – 11:30 AM with raffles, player appearances and game tickets for sale in support of this great event. Half of all ticket sales will be donated to the 15th annual Swim-A-Thon. The Rough Riders will also supply employees and patients of the hospital with tickets to the first game of the season on May 7th against the Westchester Flames.
