Metropolitan Division Confirmed for Rough Riders in 2026 USL W League

USL W League has officially announced the divisional alignment for the 2026 season, with the Long Island Rough Riders set to compete in the Metropolitan Division of the Eastern Conference.

The pre-professional women’s league will feature 96 teams across 16 divisions in 2026, continuing its role as a key pathway for elite players pursuing the next level of the game. This offseason also saw the introduction of the new Northeast Division and the addition of 15 expansion clubs league-wide.

2026 USL W League – Metropolitan Division

The Rough Riders will face the following opponents during the 2026 campaign:

  • Cedar Stars
  • Long Island Rough Riders
  • Manhattan SC
  • Morris Elite SC
  • NJ Copa FC
  • Paisley Athletic FC

During the regular season, each club will play 10 divisional matches, with results contributing toward qualification for the 16-team USL W League Playoffs, based on divisional and conference standings.
