The Long Island Rough Riders are pleased to welcome back Baptiste Boit and Gino Cervoni for the upcoming 2026 USL League Two season.
Boit returns to Long Island for the first time in two years, bringing strength, composure, and experience to the Rough Riders back line. The 6’2 center back from Clermont-Ferrand, France is coming off an All-WAC Second Team season in 2025 and previously earned All-Summit League honors at Oral Roberts. Strong in the air and comfortable on the ball, Boit adds a steady presence in defense.
Cervoni also returns after being part of the Rough Riders squad in 2025. The 6’5 goalkeeper from Elmont, New York is currently competing at Northwestern University after transferring from Hofstra, where he started 17 matches during the program’s Sweet 16 run in 2025. A former All-Nassau County selection and Goalkeeper of the Year, Cervoni brings size, experience, and confidence between the posts.
The Rough Riders are excited to have both players back in blue and white this summer.

The Rough Riders’ 2026 season will begin in May, as the club looks to build on last year’s playoff run. The team will be hosting Staten Island ASC in its home opener at Mitchel Athletic Complex on May 27 at 7 p.m. Buy Tickets.
