Clinic Descriptions

Shooting and finishing techniques are taught alongside developing an attacking mindset across the field.

From one-time finishes to creative volleys, players learn the mechanics and discipline needed to consistently score—mastering technique, finishing from various angles, and anticipating the goalkeeper’s positioning.

From basic to advanced techniques, players develop key technical skills here—focusing on shot-stopping and directing teammates into strategic positions.

Training includes proper catching technique, stance and angle play, diving, breakaways, distribution with both hands and feet, and overall positional awareness.

Designed to make each player more comfortable with the ball at their feet. Players will learn different ways to manipulate the ball using different parts of the foot and develop techniques to both control the ball and beat an opponent 1v1.

Dribbling, shielding, ball control, passing, and movement on and off the ball during match conditions. Regardless if a player is a defender, midfielder or forward the Total Training is ideal for players looking to improve their overall match performance.

Our NEW 2026 Tiered Training Clinics are designed to support players of all levels, from beginner to advanced, through a structured, curriculum-based training program. Sessions focus on developing the complete player by improving technical skills, game understanding, decision-making, and confidence in a positive and challenging environment.

Players will be placed into one of our three training tiers (Foundation, Development, or Performance) based on their current ability and experience. Placement will be determined using the information provided in your registration responses – it is important these are as accurate as possible for the best .

Once registration is complete, families will receive confirmation of their child’s assigned tier and session time prior to the start of the program to ensure each player is training in the most appropriate environment for their development.
