Clinic Descriptions
Striker
Shooting and finishing techniques are taught alongside developing an attacking mindset across the field.
From one-time finishes to creative volleys, players learn the mechanics and discipline needed to consistently score—mastering technique, finishing from various angles, and anticipating the goalkeeper’s positioning.
Goalkeeper
From basic to advanced techniques, players develop key technical skills here—focusing on shot-stopping and directing teammates into strategic positions.
Training includes proper catching technique, stance and angle play, diving, breakaways, distribution with both hands and feet, and overall positional awareness.
Ball Mastery
Designed to make each player more comfortable with the ball at their feet. Players will learn different ways to manipulate the ball using different parts of the foot and develop techniques to both control the ball and beat an opponent 1v1.
Total Training
Dribbling, shielding, ball control, passing, and movement on and off the ball during match conditions. Regardless if a player is a defender, midfielder or forward the Total Training is ideal for players looking to improve their overall match performance.
Speed Agility
Maximize your speed, agility, and overall athleticism. Geared towards all positions, to empower participants with the physical tools necessary to outmaneuver opponents and make game-changing plays.
Agile footwork and quick directional changes are vital. Cutting-edge agility drills, ladder exercises, and cone drills will improve lateral movement, responsiveness, and your overall agility.
Champions
Champion players are exposed to soccer exercises designed to improve motor skills, physical development, individual confidence, and the necessary technical building blocks for progressive soccer development.
Training sessions are fun and safe yet challenging to nurture creative play, develop positive on-field characteristics, and reinforce a player’s love for the game.
All Girls
In a girls-only environment, players will work on dribbling, shielding, ball control, passing, and movement on and off the ball in game-like situations. Open to all skill levels, this is a fun and developmental setting where girls can begin or continue their soccer journey.
High School
Designed for high school students focused on developing their technical skills. It provides an opportunity for participants to practice and refine their abilities, regardless of whether they are trying out for a team or already part of one. The clinic typically includes structured training sessions that cover various techniques such as mastering 1v1’s and how to effectively use overloads.
Advanced Technical
A cutting-edge training program designed for passionate and skilled soccer players seeking to elevate their game to new heights. Tailored for intermediate to advanced players, this clinic goes beyond traditional training methods, focusing on the intricate technical aspects of the sport to refine skills and enhance overall performance. From ball control and dribbling to precision passing and shooting techniques, every session is meticulously designed to fine-tune skills essential for success on the field.
Defending Masterclass
Designed for players and soccer enthusiasts who take pride in their defensive abilities, this clinic focuses on preventing goals while also supporting offensive play. It covers essential techniques, positioning, and strategies – emphasizing tackling, intercepting passes, and reading the game effectively.
